Commercial and General Civil Litigation
Our firm has a well-established and active trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts and in a wide range of administrative and arbitration forums. Our litigation caseload is primarily commercial, although professional malpractice, product liability and domestic relations, personal injury cases are considered and selectively undertaken. We also administer and manage cases outside the State of Colorado. The firm has worked extensively, for both plaintiffs and defendants, in the areas of securities fraud, intellectual property, real estate, construction, banking, environmental, employment and general business disputes.
