Our real estate practice group services all major aspects of real estate related activities including acquisitions and sales of residential, commercial and farm/ranch property, residential and commercial development, land use planning and zoning, construction contracting, leasing, routine and complex foreclosures, lien priority issues, title matters, easements and other access matters, and property tax assessment appeals. In addition to representing clients in urban areas, the firm represents clients in Colorado rural and mountain resort areas. Our practice involves us in the planning and structuring of real estate projects, as well as the negotiation of transactions on behalf of our clients; the real estate projects and transactions in which our clients are involved range from basic to complex. The real estate practice group also provides valuable insight and assistance to our litigation team.
