The attorneys in this practice group have expertise in regulatory practice involving licensed professionals. As a compliment to the firm’s well-established practice of representing attorneys in regulatory proceedings, this group also represents other licensed professionals before the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and many of its regulatory boards, including the State Board of Veterinary Medicine, the Board of Medical Examiners, the Board of Dental Examiners, the Board of Licensure for Architects, Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors, and the various divisions of the Mental Health Licensing Section.

Our attorneys not only help clients who are defending their licenses in disciplinary proceedings, but also counsel professionals and help them keep abreast of the regulatory schemes that govern their various professions to enable them to prevent practices that could lead to discipline in the future.
