Samantha M. White

Samantha M. White is an associate with the firm. Her areas of concentration include tax law, entity formation and estate planning matters including wealth transfer, complex estate administration, trust management, charitable gifting and business succession planning. She represents owners of closely-held businesses, nonprofit foundations and individuals and families with estate planning needs.

Samantha also practices in the area of surrogacy law representing both heterosexual and same-sex couples seeking to have families through assisted reproduction using a gestational surrogate.

Samantha graduated Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, she earned academic honors in trusts and estates, real estate law and international law. She also served as a staff editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. In 2007, Samantha obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program.
