John C. Haas
John C. Haas is a shareholder and director of the firm who concentrates his practice in civil litigation and family law. He represents individuals and companies in a wide variety of litigation matters, including general business disputes and all aspects of family law. While John seeks to resolve his client's matters cost-effectively through negotiation and mediation, he is a zealous trial advocate, when necessary, to ensure his client's needs are met.

Honors and Distinctions
John, along with Susan Hargleroad, was honored as a finalist by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for its Case of the Year Award in recognition of their $4.8 million jury verdict in Ho Thu Thi, et al. v. Le Cuong Kim, et al. The case, based on claims of clergy sexual fondling, defamation, breach of fiduciary duty and outrageous conduct, was the third largest jury verdict in the State of Colorado in 2003.
