Natalie R. Sullivan Natalie R. Sullivan is an associate with the firm. Her practice focuses on employment law, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, employee benefits and ERISA litigation and general civil litigation. Natalie has worked on a wide variety of matters in both private practice and the public sector, including cases in the following areas: harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination related to race, gender, religion, disability, and other protected classifications; civil rights; sexual harassment and sexual assault; family law; whistle blower protections; personal injury; social security disability; workers' compensation and criminal law.

Natalie was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in the field of Labor and Employment Law in 2011.
